FOR ALL COURSES AND PRIVATE TUITION

These terms apply to all courses and private tuition provided by THE DESIGN & SEWING STUDIO whether by THE DESIGN & SEWING STUDIO, ANNIE KÈKI OR KITTY MAGUIRE BESPOKE.

To secure a place all course fees are payable in advance. Unpaid for bookings will not be held.

Fees are non-refundable. Depending on the course, you may be offered an alternative date but this is at our discretion.

The cost of course materials is not included in the fee unless otherwise stated in the course description.

Tuition outside the course dates will be charged extra.

We reserves the right to cancel or change the date of courses.

For online courses we cannot be responsible for student’s internet connection to join or during the course. In the event of an internet outage at our end an alternative date will be offered.

The course information is an outline. The amount of work completed during the session will depend on your pre-existing skills and pace of work.

FOR CMT, SAMPLING AND MANUFACTURING

The terms of service are tailored to individual clients, reflecting your needs, expectations and requirements. They are provided in full prior to entering an agreement and based on our initial conversation regarding the project. We know the importance of transparency and ensure all areas, including, pricing and schedule form part of the terms you eventually agree to. We always have a signed agreement in place before work commences.
