UK domestic shipping

When shipping, we ensure all items are packed with care and use a reliable courier service. The vast majority of our sales are in person and shipping is not required. Mindful of our impact on the planet we prefer to hand you your goods in person.

International shipping

When shipping internationally we ensure your parcel will arrive safely and with the lowest carbon footprint. It is lovely to think our beautiful creations may travel the world, but it is thought provoking; they should not cost the planet.

Returns

Return Cost

Returns should never be necessary. Where they are, we accept them under certain circumstances but they are rare. Under most circumstances all postage costs will fall to you.

30 Days to Return

In the event you contact us upon receipt of your goods and we agree to a return, you will be given a timeframe. No refund is possible beyond 30 days from goods being dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

The majority of our goods are made to order. This ensures no unnecessary waste. Where goods are purchased online the are quality checked at dispatch to ensure they are perfect. They are sold based on actual dimension making it easy to select the perfect fit. Only under limited circumstances do we accept returns or exchanges. You will need to discuss your particular circumstances with us to establish how to proceed.
